Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uncolored, and in their original packaging, with all included accessories.

Blankets that have been used, colored, or washed cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
